We understand that the operational requirements of a school or college are one of the key drivers for a successful project.  The requirement to decant sections of the school into temporary accommodation or the need to keep key circulation routes active during the construction period may dictate the project programme or construction methodology.

We have a wide range of experience of new build schools and refurbishments to existing schools.  These vary in value from £100k to £15M  Our Clients range from the Local Authority to the School, College or University direct and we have worked on projects such as new Children’s Centres, new build Primary and Secondary Schools, refurbishments of Colleges and new accommodation blocks for Universities.
