Jon started his career as a bridge designer before joining a Cambridge based Consultancy specialising in structural design of complex buildings. 

Jon moved to Norfolk in 2003 when he first worked alongside Dominic and began a quick progression to manage complex projects with high values. 

Jon has developed a reputation for a common sense approach to engineering whilst using innovative solutions and sustainable materials where appropriate.  This approach has ensured Jon has developed excellent relationships with Contractors, Architects and Clients. 

In 2008 Jon and Dominic set up the Engineering Team within the Norwich office of a National Property Consultancy.  Jon went on to lead a team of Structural, Civil and Pre-Planning Engineers.     

Having started as a CAD Technician for a steel fabricator, Dominic has an extensive knowledge of steel frames and 3D modelling.  

After moving to a Consulting Engineering firm, Dominic further developed his 3D expertise to provide virtual models for integrating into BIM solutions and clash detection as well as developing design skills. 

Dominic developed his design skills to make the transition from technician to Engineer but continued to use his experience of visualisation to work on complex structures up to £40m in value. 

More recently he has worked for a large national house-builder and developed their in-house engineering to provide them with a sustainable, flexible and efficient design standard.
