Our ability to deliver the most efficient designs ensures we develop excellent relationships with our commercial clients who recognise that the less space taken up by structure results in more lettable floor space.  Additionally, we can adapt our designs to ensure that the construction programme is reduced to provide a quicker sale or letting to our clients. 

We have successfully delivered a wide range of projects varying from advice on creating more open plan office accommodation through to £12M new build offices.
